The sixth ever, TEAMFBT Challenge, will focus on either burning fat and maintaining lean mass OR reverse dieting and doing a body recomposition for 4 weeks and then cutting for 4 weeks.
We will focus on hitting your given macros each day, completing your personalized cardio for the week, and of course, complete your KILLER training sessions as scheduled (through the app).
The goal by the end is to have reduced body fat or a revamped metabolism / lean mass gains but in a strategic way.

Week 1-4 are all different, and then you will repeat them for the next 8 weeks.
Program will be provided in my app Fitness by T.
Detailed workouts 5 days a week with VIDEOS and text for each movement so you can optimize each exercise.
Workouts are fun and intense!
NUTRITION GUIDE($59.99 value) - helping you how to flexible diet, supplements recommendations, tips on how to stay on track, tips on eating at restaurants, grocery list, and more.
1:1 MACRO COACHING ($299.99 per month value) - once a week check-ins with Taylor and Steve. You will send in your weight tracker and current photos. From there I will send you your new individualized macros / cardio OR keep them the same etc.
LIVE Q&A - through Facebook every week.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Body weight scale.
Resistance bands, kettlebell, and dumbbells if you want to workout at home.
A gym (although some at-home workouts provided at this moment)
The willingness to commit to this 100% for the next 8-weeks.
$300 total for 8 weeks of coaching, fitness program, and nutrition guide (normally costs $999.99).
Current TEAMFBT Challenge ladies: can chose to either continue reverse dieting for 4 weeks, cut for the remaining 4 weeks OR move directly into the cutting phase.
New TEAMFBT Challenge ladies: depending on where you are on your calories right now, I may reverse diet you for 4 weeks for optimal fat loss.
