Pay once, access forever! While it's only a 12 week program, you can start, restart etc.. however many times you want! 

  • PHASE 2 - week 13 through week 24 will focus on strength training.
  • INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED - if you are a beginner, I recommend doing Phase 1 first! It will be a better intro into weight lifting and prepare you for phase 2. 

  • WEIGHT TRAINING - add lean muscle, get stronger and turn your body into a fat burning machine! The program requires access to a gym. 

  • PREMIUM - this program reflects my training style. I charge $200+ a month to coach clients online with the same training. 

  • 12 WEEKS - each week you will get 5 weight lifting based workouts and 2 rest days for optimal recovery. I've used this program on clients and IT WORKS!
